At Audiolab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day trial period.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Securely tape the box and attach your provided return shipping label to the outside, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
